In July of 2009, Maynard C Wren Jr. set up Treat & Woodman LLC.
Treat & Woodman LLC is licensed in Real Estate, Residential Construction, General Contractors , Mechanical Contractors, Construction Management and Commercial Construction.

The Team
Kim Treat Calhoun-Wren
Kim is our Office Manager and a Licensed South Carolina Real Estate agent, she attended R.B. Stall High School and has an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Rutledge College.
Brandie Wren
Brandie Wren is our Operations Manager as well as an additional qualifier under our Mechanical Contractors Licenses, middle child of Maynard Wren, she is a 5th generation builder who grew up in and around the construction industry. She has 20 years of experience in business administration as well as being certified in Microsoft Office applications, customer service, human resources, data entry, and more.
Brandie is a qualifier under the following licenses:
- South Carolina Mechanical Contractors for Plumbing & Air Conditioning
Maynard Wren Jr.
Maynard Wren Jr is owner and main qualifying party for the General and Mechanical Contractor License and broker-in-charge for Treat & Woodman LLC. Maynard is a 4th Generation contractor with more than 45 years of experience in the construction and remodeling industry.
Maynard holds the following licenses:
- Charleston County General Contractors License (Received in 1978)
- South Carolina Mechanical Contractors (Received in 2015)
- South Carolina General Contractors License (Received in 1981)
- South Carolina Real Estate License (Received in 1994 / Broker-in-Charge)
- South Carolina General Contractors Construction Management License (Received in 2008)
